The day started on Mount Royal, overlooking the city below and the St. Lawrence River in the distance. After the daily ardas, the runners proceeded down the western slopes of Mount Royal and through the busy streets during rush hour. The Run arrived in Montreal entering the city over the River Des Prairies Pont Le Gardeur and then heading down Notre Dame Street. Along the way, the run passed the Montreal Olympic Stadium before continuing through the old downtown Montreal streets and then through the city along Rene Levesque Boulevard to the Montreal Children’s Hospital.

We’re very excited to finally launch vBase - our own module for all the run participants where they can showcase their profiles, their updates, and their personal fundraising goals! Our supporters will be able to see what the volunteers have been up to, give them hi5’s to encourage them, and of course, support the participants by donating directly towards the participants’ individual goals, and help them win some great prizes, while helping our overall cause of “children helping children”!
