to the well being of other human beings and the Foundation. |

of all those who hold positions of responsibility. |

Direct
as much money to helping children as laid out in the objectives;
minimize
administration costs. |

Foundation shall be non-partisan and shall not engage in any
partisan political activities or support such activities financially. |

The
organization of the Foundation shall be carried on without
purpose of gain for its members, and any profits or other
gains to the organization shall be used in promoting its objectives. |
