csasil_3C-SASIL held its fifth annual Abilities Challenge Event on May 30, 2015. The purpose of the event was to raise awareness about disability rights. mnk15_2There was a great turn out this year at the Nagar Kirtan in Mississauga where sangat came to join in the procession from Malton to Rexdale Gurdwaras. vaisakhifooddriveThis year, 3321 lbs of food was collected for the Daily Bread Food Bank by the Sikh sangat at Scarborough Gurdwara during Vaisakhi celebrations. The GGSCF volunteers would like to thank all those who contributed to this effort as it helps to feed some of the needy in Toronto.

Names were collected for the C.N.Tower Stair Climb, G.S.United Soccer Club, Inspirational Steps registration, Nagar Kirtan bus seva, and Sikh Heritage Month celebrations at Scarborough Civic Centre.
