This year, the Annual Seniors Trip was to the Black Creek Pioneer Village and Northwood Park. In total, 64 seniors came by bus from Scarborough Gurdwara and Dixie Gurdwara. At the Black Creek Pioneer Village, the seniors learned how the first European immigrants to Canada settled and how they lived, dealing with the hardships of the weather and also the development of technology of the time, such as water power to drive mills, printing newspapers, and making clothes. In the afternoon, the seniors had tea in Northwood Park and were entertained by the volunteers to some games, jokes and riddles. Some of the seniors also shared some of their life experiences and talent with those present.
