The annual Nagar Kirtan was a bigger challenge this year due to all the construction underway downtown. University and Queen streets had significant disruption with works underway for the new Ontario Line so parking for the buses was very limited and spread out over a much wider area and so direction to the sangat was more difficult and it took longer. The GGSCF volunteers however held meetings before hand to plan as much as possible to make things go as smoothly as possible. Many new sewadars helped including some of the international students and this helped to manage approximately 100 buses that are involved from the many Gurdwaras across the Greater Toronto Area.
